Head of Finance & Administration
The Museum for the United Nations – UN Live are looking for a Head of Finance & Administration. This is a key role in our organisation, responsible for our back-office administration and processes, financial management, cash flow as well as our financial forecasting, long-term planning and administrative development. You will be part of a strong team of motivated professionals with diverse backgrounds and nationalities located in a growing number of locations around the world.
Location
The position is based in UN Live’s office in Nørrebro, Copenhagen, and will be reporting to our CEO. Fluent English and Danish is essential.
Role and responsibilities
As Head of Finance & Administration your main responsibilities includes, but are not limited to:
Continuously efficient financial management and planning, incl. solid and timely reporting to all stakeholders.
Overseeing and maintaining timely and solid work with our external accounting and payroll partners.
Rolling financial forecasting process
All banking and cash flow processes
Securing a good year-end audit process, together with UN Live’s
auditors, as well as ongoing compliance with good Governance
Principles for Danish Business Foundations
Supporting UN Live’s Finance & Audit Committee, including
planning and execution of the committee’s meetings.
Supporting senior management in maintaining and further building
HR and culture related policies and procedures
Supporting fundraising proposal development and financial funder reporting
Supporting programmes on all financial related matters (budgeting, follow-up, reporting, sparring support and training)
Being our administrative anchor
In general, being your colleagues’ primary financial, IT and
administrative sparring partner

Global We Junior Programme Associate
The Museum for the United Nations – UN Live is looking for a passionate and resourceful Junior Programme Associate to join our Global We team. This new role will be at the heart of an exciting new initiative, connecting Danes with peers from the global majority through innovative programming that fosters empathy, understanding, and a shared sense of purpose across cultural and geographical boundaries.
Location
Denmark. Fluent English and Danish is essential.
Role and responsibilities
The Junior Programme Associate will work in close collaboration with the Global We team and support: stakeholder management, project management, programme logistics, reporting and budget management. Candidates must have demonstrable programme/project coordination experience in a professional environment, a high degree of structure and organisation and a global mindset. Candidates must also be open and flexible to travel within Denmark based on programme needs.
